MOUNT~ <br />SECONDED BY MR, LEE, THE CITY MANAGER WAS AUTHORIZED TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT <br />WITH GREENCROFT NURSERY FOR THIS WORK. <br /> <br /> THE CITY MANAGER RECOMMENDED THAT THE RATES AT fHE 7TH STREET PARKING LOT BE <br />CHANGED TO FIVE CENTS (5~) PER HOUR. SYSTEM <br />GROVE RD~ FOXBROOK LANE <br />AND CONCORD DR. <br /> <br /> THE COUNCIL MET IN REGULAR SESSION ON THIS DATE WITH THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS <br /> <br />PRESENT: MR. HAGGERTY, MR. LEE~ MR. MOUNT, MR. PONTON AND MR. SCRIBNER. ABSENT: NONE. <br /> THE MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF NOVEMBER 18, 7963 WERE READ AND APPROVED. <br /> <br /> THE PUBLIC HEARING ON THE REQUEST TO REZONE THE PARCEL OF LAND AT 417 - ~TH <br />STREET~ NE. WAS RESUMED. A MOTION BY MR. SCRIBNER) SECONDED BY MR. PONTON THAT <br />ACTION ON THIS REQUEST BE .TABLED UNTIL ACTION IS TAKEN ON A PROPOSAL TO AMEND SECTION <br />21 OF ARTICLE VII OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE~ WAS UNANIMOUSLY ADOPTED. <br /> <br /> REQUESTS FOR REZONING A PARCEL OF LAND NORTH OF BARRACKS ROAD AND A PARCEL <br />FRONTING ~80 FEET ON THE NORTH SIDE OF CABELL AVENUE WERE REFERRED TO THE PLANNING <br />COMMISSION FOR RECOMMENDATION. <br /> <br /> A COMMUNICATION WAS PRESENTED REQUESTING THAT THE PORTION OF GROVE ROAD, FOXBROOK <br />LANE AND CONCORD DRIVE 1N THE FOXBROOK SUBDIVISION BE ACCEPTED INTO THE CITY STREET <br />SYSTEM. THE STREET COMMITTEE RECOMMENDED THAT THESE STREETS BE ACCEPTED AS REQUESTED. <br />ON MOTION BY MR. SCRIBNER~ SECONDED BY MR. PONTON, THE FOREGOING RECOMMENDATION WAS <br />UNANIMOUSLY ADOPTED. <br /> <br /> THE FOLLOWING REPORT OF THE LEGISLATIVE COMMITTEE WAS PRESENTED AND ON MOTION <br /> <br />BY MR, SCRIBNER) SECONDED BY MR.
