A COMMUNICATION WAS PRESENTED FROM THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RECOMMENDING THAT THIS REQUEST BE DENIED. SEVERAL PEOPLE ADDRESSED THE COUNCIL IN <br />OPPOSITION TO THE CHANGE. ON MOTION BY MR. PONTON~ SECONDED BY MR. MOUNT~ THE <br />REPORT OF THE PLANNING COMM. ISSION WAS UNANIMOUSLY ADOPTED. <br /> <br />A PUBLIC HEARING WAS ALSO HELD ON A REQUEST TO REZONE 2.9 ACRES ON ARLINGTON <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING RE: <br />REZONE 2.9 ACRES ON <br />ARLINGTON BOULEVARD <br /> <br />BOULEVARD, NO ONE APPEARED FOR OR AGAINST THIS CHANGE. LEE~ SECONDED BY MR, SCRIBNER~ AND CARRIED OVER TO THE NEXT <br /> <br />MEETING FOR CONSIDERATION. <br /> <br /> MR. ROBERT SWIFT ADDRESSED THE COUNCIL AND STATED THAT THERE HAD BEEN A <br /> <br />MISTAKE MADE BETWEEN HIS CORPORATION~ WHICH IS DEVELOPING THE QUEEN CHARLOTTE SUB- <br /> <br />MATTER RE: SUPPLEMENTAL <br />AGREEMENT - QUEEN CHARLOTTE <br />SUBDIVISION <br /> <br />DIVISION~ AND THE CITY. HE REQUESTED THAT THE MAYOR BE AUTHORIZED TO EXECUTE A <br /> <br />SUPPEEMENTAL AGREEMENT WHICH WOULD PROVIDE THAT IN RETURN FOR UTILITIES IN HIS <br />SUBDIVISION ALL LOTS WOULD BE LIMITED TO R-7 USES. MR. BOWEN RECOMMENDED THAT THIS <br /> <br />AGREEMENT BE EXECUTED. ON MOTION BY MR. MOUNT~ SECONDED BY MR.
