AS YOU KNOW THE STATE STATUTES PROVIDE-'THAT <br />THE STATE HEALTH DEPARTMENT SHALL HAVE COMPLETE SUPERVISION AND CONTROL <br />OVER ALL PUBLIC WATER SYSTEMS WITHIN THE STATE. <br /> <br /> IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FOREGOING LETTER~ I RESPECTFULLY RECOMMEND <br />THAT YOU ApOPT A POLICY AND ADVISE THE PUBLIC THAT CONTROLLED FISHING <br />AND BOATING~ NOT.
