HAGGERTY~ MR. MOUNT~ MR. PONTON, MR. RENNOLDS AND MR. SCRIBNER. ABSENT: NONE. <br /> ~HE MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF NOVEMBER 1~ 1965 WERE READ AND APPROVED. <br /> <br /> A PUBLIC HEARING WAS HELD ON THIS DATE ON A,.REQUEST TO REZONE THE PROPERTY KNOWN <br />AS 108 LEWIS STREET. A COMMUNICATION WAS PRESENTED FROM THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RECOMMENDING THAT THE REQUEST BE DENIED. MR. w. L, CRUMMETT AND MR. T. J. MICHIE, JR. <br />ADDRESSED THE COUNCIL IN FAVOR OF THE PETITION AND SEVERAL PEOPLE ADDRESSED THE COUNCIL <br />IN OPPOSITION. ON MOTION BY MR. PONTON~ SECONDED BY MR.
