AND g. H. MCKNIGHT RE- <br />QUESTING A TWO INCH WATER LINE EXTENSION FROM Rio ROAD APPROXIMATELY 550 FEET ALONG <br />THE DISPOSAL PLANT ROAD. THE CITY MANAGER RECOMMENDED THAT THE REQUEST BE GRANTED <br />UNDER THE USUAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND IN CONFORMITY WITH ARTICLE IV OF THE ZONING <br />ORDINANCE, ON MOTION BY MR. VOGT~ SECONDED BY MR. HAGGERTY, THE CITY MANAGERtS <br />RECOMMENDATION WAS UNANIMOUSLY ADOPTED. <br /> <br /> MR. VOGT REPORTED THAT THE COMMITTEE NAB CONFERRED WITH DR. ELLIS CONCERNING <br />OFFER OF SOME MINISTERS WHO HAD VOLUNTEERED TO GIVE A PRAYER OF INVOCATION AT THE <br />OPENING OF COUNCIL MEETINGS AND RECOMMENDED THAT THE OFFER BE ACCEPTED.
