d. APPROPRIATION: $62,588 - TANF State Grant Disability Funds (2nd reading) WHEREAS, federal TANF Disability Funds have been awarded to the City of Charlottesville, through the Charlottesville-DSS in the amount of $62,588; now, therefore BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville, Virginia that a total of $62,588 is hereby appropriated to expenditure account 12-161-062321-53199 in the Social Services fund. This appropriation is conditioned upon receipt of $62,588 from federal funding sources. e. APPROPRIATION: $67,320 - Grant for Transit Demonstration Project (Spanish Information) (2nd reading) WHEREAS, State Demonstration Project Grant Funds have been awarded to the City of Charlottesville in the amount of $67,320 requiring a local cash match of $3,366 (5% of total grant); and WHEREAS, the City's local match funding is included in the FY 2005 Advertising line item for CTS; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville, Virginia that a total of $67,320 is hereby appropriated to expenditure account 45-191-143441 in the Transit Fund. This appropriation is conditioned upon receipt of $63,954 in state grant funds for this project. f. APPROPRIATION: $750,000 - Hillsdale Drive Extension (2nd reading) BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville, Virginia, that the sum of $750,000 is hereby appropriated to Hillsdale Drive Connector Road, account code 27-280-051161 in the Capital Projects Fund, for consultant work on the Hillsdale Drive Connector Road project. This appropriation represents the estimated total design costs for preliminary engineering. This appropriation is conditioned upon reimbursement of funds by the Virginia Department of Transportation after expenditures have been documented.
