She said one thing is more training, and she would like to have <br />someone come into the system to help manage change better and to help manage the <br />Strategic Plan. <br /> <br /> Dr. Brown said his experience in the City is that we have a lot of dedicated <br />teachers who want to help children. He said one of the problems with morale is that as <br />we talk about the need to improve, the implication is that teachers are not competition, <br />are not trying hard enough, or are racist. He said he feels we need a diversity trainer.
