Va. student access pilot program; funds for possible <br />trolley expansion; vans for possible service expansion and replacement; replacement of <br />five staff cars used to switch out drivers and for transit passengers; emitters to pre-empt <br />or extend green signals; security cameras; additional maintenance shop areas, bike <br />lockers, shelters and benches, new and replacement; radios; and a time clock.
