Va. student access pilot program; funds for possible trolley expansion; vans for possible service expansion and replacement; replacement of five staff cars used to switch out drivers and for transit passengers; emitters to pre-empt or extend green signals; security cameras; additional maintenance shop areas, bike lockers, shelters and benches, new and replacement; radios; and a time clock. She said these are multi-year projects.
