He said the City should <br />be proactive in situations like this and he feels it would be helpful to have a dialogue with <br />Mr. Mason and we should try to stave off concerns. <br /> <br /> Mr. O'Connell said there is an active investigation underway regarding Mr. <br />Mason's allegations, and Council needs to keep that in mind.
