TEBELL ABSENT. <br />THE MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF JUNE 7, 1954 WERE READ AND APPROVED. <br />A PUBLIC HEARING WAS HELD ON THIS DATE ON THE PETITION OF THEODORE L. BOGERT <br />MATTER RE: PUBLIC HEARING <br />ZONING CHANGE CDR. MEADE <br />AVE. AND tdARKET ST. <br />FOR A CHANGE IN THE 20NING ORDINANCE, AT THE CORNER OF MEADE AVENUE AND MARKET STREET <br />FROM A-RESIDENTIAL TO B BUSINESS. MR. MICHAELS, ATTORNEY FOR THE PETITIONER,APPEARED <br />AND URGED THAT THE REQUEST BE GRANTED. FORGES, AND CARRIED OVER TO THE NEXT MEETING FOR <br />CONSIDERATION. <br />A COMMUNICATION WAS RECEIVED FROM THE SOUTHERN RAILWAY COMPANY REQUESTING <br />COMMUNICATION RE: <br />OVERHEAD BRIDGE <br />ON RUGBY AVE. <br />PERMISSION TO REMOVE THE OLD OVERHEAD BRIDGEE ON RUGBY AVENUE. A MOTION BY I`IR. <br />WEINBERG, SECONDED BY I`1R.
