S, ROUDABUSH, JR. <br />THERE FOLLOWED A FULL DISCUSSION OF THE MATTER DURING WHICH THE CITY <br />MANAGER RECOMMENDED THAT THE REQUEST BE GRANTED AND, UPON MOTION BY MR. HILL, <br />SECONDED 8Y MR. MICHIE, IT WAS UNANIMOUSLY <br />RESOLVED: THAT THE REQUEST BE GRANTED AND THAT THE I`IAYOR <br />BE AUTHORIZED TO EXECUTE ON BEHALF OF THE CITY <br />A DEED APPROVED BY THE CITY ATTORNEY TO ACCOMPLISH <br />SUCH PURPOSES AND THAT THE CI_f:RK OF THE COUNCIL BE <br />DIRECTED TO AFFIX AND ATTEST THE CITY'S SEAL TO <br />SUCH DEED. <br />MR. RE: PARK STREET RAMP BE EXTENDED EASTERLY A DISTANCE OF THIRTY-EIGHT FEET (38'), THE <br />NOM-LIMITED ACCESS <br />ENTRANCE - S. E~ LOCATION OF THIS RAMP HAVING BEEN ESTABLISHED IN A DEED DATED AUGUST 25, 1952, <br />PARK STREET RAMP <br />BETWEEN JOHN A. GILMORE AND THE CITY. THE STREET COMMITTEE STATED THAT THEY <br />HAD STUDfED THE MATTER AND RECOMMENDED THAT THE NON-LIMITEb ACCESS PORTION OF <br />THE RAMP BE MOVED EASTWARD FIFTEEN FEET (15'). ON MOTION BY f4R. DAVIS, SECONDED <br />8Y MR. MICHIE, THE STREET COMMITTEE'S RECOMMENDATION WAS APPROVED AND THE <br />MAVOR WAS AUTHORIZED TO EXECl1TE A DEED TO THIS EFFECT AFTER ITS APPROVAL BY <br />THh CITY ATTORNEY AND CITY MANAGER. <br />ON MOTION BY MR.
