216 <br />THE INSTALLATION OF THIS FACILITY WHICH HAS BEEN CONTEMPLATED FOR SEVERAL <br />YEARS IS NOW NEEDED AND I RESPECTFULLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU APPROPRIATE FRCM OUR <br />SURPLUS ACCOUNT THE AFOREMENTIONED AMCUNT SO THAT THE WORK CAN BE STARTED AT ONCE <br />AND COMPLETED DURING THE EARLY SUMMER OF THIS YEAR, <br />THIS FACILITY SHOULD NOT BE CONSIDERED AS AN EMERGENCY OR TEMPORARY SETUP <br />BUT A PERMANENT INSTALLATION WHICH WILL ENABLE THIS CITY TO MAKE USE OF ANOTHER <br />SOURCE OF SUPPLY OF GOOD WATER AT A VERY LOW COST AND AN INSTALLATION WHICFI CAN <br />BE USED FOR MANY YEARS.
