He said he told the Committee that he <br />felt Council would be willing to put more money in, but he wanted to make sure we are <br />all on the same page. <br /> <br /> Mr. Norris thanked Mr. Lynch for his efforts. <br /> <br /> Mr. Taliaferro said he has no particular problem with the proposal, but he would <br />like to wait until a final package is put together. <br /> <br /> Dr. Brown asked the City Manager to look at the matter and get it jump started. <br /> <br /> Mr. Taliaferro said he would like to reprogram redoing the bleachers and gym <br />floor earlier. <br /> <br /> Mr. Lynch said that they want to do ADA projects while other projects are being <br />done so they do not have to tear things up twice. <br /> <br /> Mr. Taliaferro asked that the projects be prioritized. <br /> <br /> Mr. O’Connell presented Council with a memo updating them on the budget. He <br />said he is trying to relate the budget to Council’s vision. He said the budget will be <br />th <br />finalized in the next week and will be presented on March 5. He asked for Council’s <br />feedback or comments. <br /> <br /> Mr. Lynch said he would like to defer voting on changing voting precinct <br />boundaries, and said he hopes we can address some of the issues before appointing a <br />committee. <br /> <br /> Mr. O’Connell said that the issue was deferred so that the report could address <br />possible fixes to the precincts. <br /> <br /> The meeting was adjourned. <br /> <br />_____________________________ ____________________________ <br />President Clerk <br />
