ON MOTION eY <br />MR.FORBES, SECONDED BY MR. Davls, THIS REQUEST WAS UNAAtiMOUSLY GRANTED. <br />A REQUEST FOR A TRAFFIC LIGHT AT FOURTH AND MARKET STREETS WAS REFERRED <br />Mg7TER RE: WATER TOWERS <br />FOR LARGE AIR. CONDITIONING <br />UNIT6. <br />TO THE LITY MANAGER AND CHIEF OF POLICE FOR STUDY AND RECOMMENDATION. <br />THE PROPOSAL OF REQUIRING WATER TOWERS FOR LARGE AIR CONDITIONING UNITS <br />WAS BROUGHT UP. AFTER A LEIdGHTY DISCUSSION, THIS WAS REFERRED TO THE UTILITIES <br />COMMITTEE FOR STUDY AND REC.OMMENDATJON. <br />THE STREET COMMITTEE REPORTED THAT THE DEVELOPER OF AZELF.A DRIVE HAD <br />AZELEA DRIVE ACCEPTED <br />INTO CITY STREET SYSTEM <br />COMPLIED WITH THE PROVISO CONTAINED IN THE COUNCIL S RESOLUTION, DATED . <br />APRIL 2G, 1953, AND THAT THE STREET HAD BEEN ACCEPTED INTO THE CITY STREET <br />SYSTEM FOR MAINTENANCE. <br />ON MOTIGN BY MR. TEBELL, SECONDED BY MR. WEINBERG <br />THE COUNCIL VOTED TO GO INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION BY THE FOLLOW{NG RECORDED VOTE: <br />AYES: MR. DAMS, MR.FORBES, MR. HILL, MR. TEBELL AND MR. WEINBERG. NOES: NONE. <br />THE CITY MANAGER ADVISED THE COUNCIL THAT THE BELL PROPERTY ON ST•-GLAIR <br />BELL PROPERTY TO <br />BE OFFERED FOR SALE <br />AVENUE WAS NOW READY TO BE OFFERED FOR SALE AND RECOM~JENDED THAT HE 8E <br />PERMITTED TO NEGOTIATE FOR THE SALE OF THis PROPERTY.
