446 <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHARLOTTESVII.L.E <br />RESOLUTION CARRIED OVER <br />APPROPRIATION - PROPERTY THAT $64,000.00 BE AND THE SAME IS HEREBY APPROPRIATED FOR THE <br />NFW COURT HOUSE PURCHASE OF PROPERTY ON HIGH STREET FOR THE NEW COURT Hf1USE. <br />THE CITY MANAGER ADVISED THE COUNCIL THAT A MARKETABLE TITLE TO PARCEL 33-69, <br />MATTER RE: PARCEL 33-69 <br />ON MOTION BY MR. MICHIE, SECONDED BY MR. LEE} THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION WAS <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THAT THE CITY ATTORNEY 9E DIRECTED TO MAKE AN OFFER OF $31,~OO.OO <br />CITY ATTY. TO ACQUIRE <br />PROPERTY FOR PARCEL 33-69 AND IF NOT ACCEPTED THE CITY ATTORNEY BE AND HE <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 4HARLOTTESVILI.E <br />IS HEREBY INSTRUCTED TO PROCEED AS PROMPTLY 4S PRACTICAL.
