The total of the HUD money and the local match, $155,000, will be distributed <br />by the following three accounts: Substantial Rehabilitation will receive $93,750 from <br />HUD and $31,250 from the City; PHA – Monticello Vista Apts. will receive $22,500 <br />from HUD and $7,500 from the City. For <br />a multi-family building the bottom floor shall be built to Bronze Universal <br />Design Standards. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED <br /> that City staff will provide educational <br />materials to developers, residents and homeowners who request information on energy <br />reasonable and possible, <br />efficiency and Universal Design standards, and, to the extent <br />be ready to expedite plans which incorporate the above-referenced standards <br />through the site plan approval process. <br /> <br /> <br />
