He said water rates will increase by 1.43% and sewer <br />rates will increase by 4.49%. <br /> <br /> Dr. Brown asked if rates will spike in the future if there are no funds to use to <br />stabilize them, and Mr. Wray said that is possible. <br /> <br /> Dr. Brown asked for more information on what the $230,000 for water <br />conservation is spent on. <br /> <br /> Ms. Lauren Hildebrand, Utilities Manager, said there is one staff position and <br />increases are anticipated in the toilet rebate program. <br /> <br /> <br />
