He said the new proffer statement includes a $50,000 contribution to <br />the City’s housing fund, relocation assistance, and commitment of four rental units for <br />Section 8. He said staff recommends approval of the rezoning based on the new proffer <br />statement. He noted that the Planning Commission recommended denial of the rezoning <br />based on the previous proffer. <br /> <br /> Mr. Richard Spurzem, applicant, said 25 units will be added. He said he has <br />already taken a number of steps to improve the neighborhood, and the PUD is the last <br />step in that process. He said the rezoning meets several of the City’s goals, and will <br />provide more diversity in housing and incomes. <br /> <br />
