She said the City, Rivanna Water and Sewer <br />Authority and Nature Conservation have been involved. She said the Nature <br />Conservancy received a $3.7 million grant for the stream restoration project, and trails in <br />the area will be re-established as part of the project. She said RWSA is the lead agency <br />for the sewer interceptor project which is estimated to cost $30 million. She said the pipe <br />will be upsized and should be completed by spring of 2011. She said all parties have <br />worked together to ensure compatibility. <br /> <br /> Ms. Lauren Hildebrand, Director of Public Utilities, said five easements have <br />been requested from the City by RWSA, permanent and temporary. She said there will <br />only be slight adjustments in the alignment. She said the line is in great need of <br />replacement. <br /> <br /> The public hearing was opened. <br /> <br /> Ms. Linda Seaman, 2010 Greenbrier Drive, speaking on behalf of the Greenbrier <br />Neighborhood Association, said she appreciates the careful planning that has taken place. <br />She asked that the City continue to keep a watchful eye on this environmentally sensitive <br />area. She said the neighborhood would like to have a single project manager that would <br /> <br />
