167 <br /> <br /> Independent of any joint school study and negotiated reversion, the City supports the <br />joint and systematic study of the services provided by the City and County to provide <br />information and analysis to aid the City and County in reaching agreements designed to solve <br />long-term problems. ~ny discussions with the County, regardless of whether the same occur <br />within the framework of negotiated reversion, should include adjustments of funding <br />formulas for shared services and joint service agreements, and explore new arrangements for <br />delivery of services in a cost-effective manner to both jurisdictions. Ms. Harris requested that City Council <br />intervene in the School Board process to allow real citizen participation. <br /> <br /> Ms. Slaughter said she is aa, are of Ms. Harris' concerns and will address them with the <br />School Board. <br /> <br /> <br />
