Ms. Hamilton requested that the <br />neighborhood be kept informed about the debris deposited on <br />the property and asked that Council consider an environmental <br />site study of the entire site. Ms. Hamilton invited Council <br />to attend a second charette on the housing proposal on April <br />21st. <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA: <br /> <br /> On motion by Rev.
