91 <br /> <br />Program (2nd reading) <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />Charlottesville, Virginia, that the' sum of $1,500.00 is hereby <br />appropriated from the unappropriated balance of the General <br />Fund to Children, Youth and Family Services, Inc. to support <br />the Runaway Emergency Shelter Program from August 1, 1993 to <br />September 30, 1993. <br /> <br />d. APPROPRIATION: CDBG Program FY 93/93 (2nd reading) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Charlottesville has been advised of <br />the approval by the U. S.
