The facility will comply with all ADA standards for <br />access and parking. <br /> <br /> Ms. Slaughter left the meeting. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE: RECONSIDERATION OF DISCOUNT FOR SALE OF TRASH STICKERS <br /> <br /> On motion by Ms. Daugherty, seconded by Mr. Vandever, <br />the ordinance entitled "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING-AND REORDAINING <br />SECTION 26-64 OF THE CHARLOTTESVILLE CITY CODE, 1990, AS <br />AMENDED, ALLOWING A DISCOUNTED PURCHASE PRICE TO DISTRIBUTORS <br />OF DISPOSAL STICKERS" was offered and carried over to the <br />next meeting for consideration. <br /> <br />PUBLIC <br /> <br /> Mr. Arthur Tinsley complained about sewage odor in his <br />neighborhood and asked Council to conduct an inquiry into <br />actions of the School Board regarding possible abuse of a <br />student by a white teacher which he claimed the School Board <br />failed to look into and actions taken by the School Board <br />against'Rheva Williams. <br /> <br /> Mr. Mitchell Neuman, recommended that Council allow <br />additional public comment, during public hearings after <br />Councilors have expressed their opinions on a matter. <br /> <br />OTHER BUSINESS <br /> <br />APPOINTMENTS: PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> <br /> On motion by Ms. Daugherty, seconded by Mr. Toscano, Mr. <br />Blake Caravati and Mr. Bill Harris were reappointed to four- <br />year terms on the Planning Commission, with Rev. Edwards and <br />Ms. Slaughter absent. These terms will expire on August 31, <br />1997. <br /> <br /> <br />
