100 <br /> <br /> The appropriation of $499,023 and related revenues for the <br />construction of the Girl's Attention Home are transferred from the <br />Community Attention Home FunO to the Capital Projects fund for <br />reporting purposes. <br /> <br /> (b) Supplementary appropriation <br /> <br /> The sum of $32,500 shall be estimated as an additional lease <br />reveune for the purchase of a fire truck in the Capital Projects Fund <br />at June 30, 1990 to forgive the loan received by the Charlottesville <br />Industrial Development Authority for the CSX parking lot. <br /> <br />VI. Equipment Replacement Fund <br /> <br />(a) Continuing Appropriation <br /> <br /> The unexpended revenue of $42,655.09 in Fund 07 derived from net <br />proceeds for the 1990 City Auction held in June, 1990, shall be <br />permitted to be carried over in the Equipment Replacement Fund and <br />expended in the currentlfiscal year. <br /> <br />VII. Information Services Fund <br /> <br />(a) Continuing Appropriation <br /> <br /> The unexpended revenue of $5,662 in expenditure account <br />65-050-153210 at June 30, 1990, shall be permitted to be carried over <br />and expended in the current fiscal year for the purpose of purchasing <br />equipment. : <br /> <br />VIII. Landfill Fund <br /> <br />(a) Continuing Appropriation <br /> <br /> The unexpended balance of $556,785 in expenditure account <br />85-185-171012 in the Landfill Fund at June 30, 1990, shall be <br />permitted to be carried over and expended in the current fiscal year <br />for the purpose of cell construction, subject to City and County <br />revenue match. <br /> <br />IX. Community Attention Fund <br /> <br />(a) Continuing Appropriation <br /> <br /> The sum of $2,467 shall be permitted to be carried over and <br />expended in the current fiscal year for the purpose of purchasing <br />equipment and furnishing for the Girls Attention Home. <br /> <br />X. Grants Fund <br /> <br />(a) Supplemental Appropriation <br /> <br /> The sum of $1,043 was received from the Commonwealth of Virginia <br />to proved additional funding for the operation of the Youth Service <br />Center and shall be appropriated for that purpose. ~ <br /> <br />(b) Continuing Appropriation <br /> <br /> The following expenditure accounts in the Grants Fund at June 30, <br />1990, shall be permitted to be carried over and expended in the <br />following fiscal year for the purpose for which they were originally <br />appropriated based on estimated revenues to be received: <br /> <br />11-260-042030 <br />11-260-042040 <br />11-260-062028 <br />11-042-093020 <br /> <br />Hazardous MaterialS Grant <br />Hazardous Materials Team <br />USDA Summer Lunc Program <br />Rental Rehabilitation <br /> <br /> 2,858 <br />59,500 <br />43,124 <br />21,405 <br /> <br /> The following expenditure accounts in the Grants Fund at June 30, <br />1990, ~shall be permitted to be carried over and expended~in the <br />following fiscal year for the purpose for which they were originally <br />appropriated from the fund balances maintained for each program: <br /> <br /> <br />
