Edwards, the <br />minutes of the February 14th meeting were approved as <br />presented, with Mr. Vandever abstaining. <br /> <br /> On motion by Rev'. Edwards, seconded by Mr. Vandever, the <br />minutes of the February 20th meeting were unanimously <br />approved as presented. <br /> <br /> On motion by Rev. Edwards, seconded by Mr. Vandever, the <br />minutes of the February 21st meeting were approved as <br />presented, with Mr. Buck and Mr. Towe abstaining. <br /> <br />PUBLIC <br /> <br /> Ms. Pam Barsby, representing the National Organization <br />for Women (NOW) at the University of V-ir~gi.nia, requ~es~ed <br />Council's endorsement of the "Take Back t-heNight" March and <br />Rally on April 5th which has been organized -to raise <br />community awareness about violence against women. <br /> <br /> <br />
