Edwards,~.Council unanimously voted to meet in executive session for the purpose of appointing'members to the Personnel Appeals Board and the Youth Commission; and consideration of:assignments and duties of certain staff and for the purpose of considering the acquisition or use of real property for public purpose, or the disposition of publicly held prOperty, and more specifically described as acquisition or use of real property, or the disposition of publicly held property on Water Street as exempted bY Section 2..1=344(A)(1) and (3) of the Virginia Freedom of Information Act.. ' ~ Mr, Doug Holt, reporter for the Daily ~rogress, requested that Council be more specific in identifying executive session~matters.
