222 Charlottesville, Virginia (,,Council,,), constitutes the highest elected governmental unit of the city; WHEREAS, the Authority has recommended that the Council aPprove the issuance of the Bonds; and ~ WHEREAS, a copy of the Authority's resolution approving the issuance of the. Bonds, subject to the terms to be agreed upon,, a certificate of-the public hearing and a Fiscal Impact Statement have been filed with the Council. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHARLOTTESVILLE, VIRGINIA: 1, The Council approves the issuance of the Bonds by the Authority for the benefit of the Company, as required by the Code and Section 15o1-1378.1 of the Code of Virginia of 1950, as amended ("Virginia Code"), to permit the Authority to assist in the refinancing of the Project. APPROPRIATION: (2nd reading) $7,915.09 - NEIGHBORHOOD DRAINAGE PROGRAM The $7,915.09 appropriation for the Neighborhood Drainage Program which was offered at the May 6th meeting was approved by the following vote. Ayes: Rev. Edwards, Ms. Slaughter, Mr. Toscano, Mr. Uandever, Ms. Waters. Noes: None. Be it RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Charlottes- ville, Virginia that the sum of $7,915.09, representing payments received by the City from property owners partici- pating in the Neighborhood Drainage Program, is hereby appropriated to Capital Fund account 26-181-051350 as reimbursement by property owners for their shares of completed drainage projects. On motion by Ms. Waters, seconded by Ms. Slaughter, the ordinance adopting the Land Use. Plan Amendment was offered and carried over to the next meeting for consideration. It is identified with a revision date of May 20, 1991. Council agreed to request that the Planning Commission consider any individual adjustments to the Land Use Plan at its August meeting.
