Mr. Norris seconded. The mo tion failed. Norris; Noes: Ms. Szakos, Ms. Galvin, Mr. <br />Huja.) <br /> <br />Mr. Norris moved that we apply the same formula for costs going forward on the dam <br />and pipeline as costs already incurred, reflecting a 15/20 split. (Ayes: Ms. Smith, Mr. Norris; Noes : Ms. Szakos, Ms. Galvin, Mr. Huja.) <br /> <br />Mr. Norris moved that the City seek comp ensation for timber at the Ragged Mountain <br />Natural Area and put it out for bid with the assistance of a qualified forester. Ms. Smith <br />seconded. Ms. Galvin said she does not see why this has to be part of the agreement. Mr. Brown <br />said we have retained a professi onal appraiser. Mr. Huja was in terested in having trees replaced <br />and being reimbursed for it. Ms. Szakos said we could talk about it at the next meeting. The <br />motion failed. (Ayes: Ms. Smith, Mr. Norris; No es: Ms. Szakos, Ms. Galvin, Mr. Huja.) <br /> <br />Ms. Smith moved that we remove the metering requirement from the agreement, because <br />we do not know if it is even possible or what it costs.
