• <br />First Reading - 11/19/79 <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville, <br />Virginia that the sum of $100,956.00 is hereby transferred from <br />the unappropriated balance of the Capital Projects Fund to the <br />Community Development Block Grants Fund and appropriated to <br />Expenditure Account 14-31560 to be expended in conjunction with <br />federal funds already appropriated to such account for the <br />construction of storm drainage improvements in the Belmont <br />neighborhood between Bolling Avenue and Quarry Road. <br />Adopted by the Council <br />December 3, 1979 <br />Copy Teste: <br />• Clerk of the Council <br />• <br />
