• A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR YEAR THREE OF THE SMALL CITIES BLOCK GRANT FOR STARR HILL NEIGHBORHOOD REVITALIZATION WHEREAS, the City has been advised of the approval by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development of a Small Cities Block Grant for Year 3 of the Starr Hill Neighborhood Revitalization Program in the total amount of $375,000.00; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received recommendations for the expenditure of such funds from the Starr Hill Neighborhood Revital- ization Task Force, the City Planning Commission, and the Social Development Commission; and has conducted a public hearing thereon as provided by law; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville, Virginia that the sums hereinafter set forth are hereby appropriated from funds received from the aforesaid grant to the following individual expenditure accounts in the Small Cities Grant Fund for the respective purposes set forth; provided, however, that the City Manager is hereby • authorized to transfer funds between and among such individual accounts as circumstances may require, to the extent permitted by applicable federal grant regulations. 21-19700 Program Administration - Year 3 $ 30,000 21-31050 Hotel Parking Lot Development 40,000 21-32070 Street Improvements - Year 3 110,000 21-51050 Southern Railway Parcel Landscaping 6,000 21-71050 Local Development Corporation - Year 3 20,000 21-71060 Business Rehabilitation - Year 3 90,000 21-71070 Residential Rehabilitation - Year 3 25,000 21-72030 Housing Site Improvements 4,000 21-73030 Relocation Assistance - Year 3 20,000 21-74010 House Bank - Year 3 30,000 Adopted by Council Atteste: November 17, 1980 Clerk of Council n U
