n L A RESOLUTION REAPPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR THE THREE YEARS OF THE SMALL CITIES BLOCK GRANT FOR STARR HILL NEIGHBORHOOD REVITALIZATION WHEREAS, the City has been awarded a Small Cities Block Grant by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development for the three year Starr Hill Neighborhood Revitalization Program in the total amount of $1,160,000.00; and WHEREAS, the City is currently in the third year of operating the Starr Hill Neighborhood Revitalization Program, has completed various planned activities for which there is a remaining balance of funds, and has documented an unfulfilled need for additional funds to complete other activities, primarily Rehabilitation Loans for Commercial Property; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received recommendations for the reappropriation of such funds from the Starr Hill Neighborhood Revitalization Committee and the City Planning Commission, and has conducted public hearings thereon as provided by law; now, there- fore, be it RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Charlottesville that the appropriations previously made to the following individual expenditure accounts in the Small Cities Grant Fund are hereby reduced by the respective amounts shown, and that the balance accumulated in such Fund as a result of such reductions is hereby reappropriated to the respective other accounts shown, as follows: Account Additional Code Activity Reduction Appropriation YEAR I 21-72010 Land for New Housing $ 1,144.50 21-31010 Parking Lot Land Cost 183.50 21-32101 W.
