0 <br />APPROPRIATION <br />ADJUSTMENT OF INNOVATIVE GRANT ACCOUNTS <br />WHEREAS, this Council has previously appropriated sums <br />received from a U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Develop- <br />ment Innovative Grant to various expenditure accounts in the <br />fund established for such grant; and <br />WHEREAS, it now appears that certain of the activities <br />represented by such expenditure accounts require additional <br />funds, while others do not require the amount previously <br />appropriated; now, therefore, be it <br />RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville, <br />Virginia that the following expenditure account appropriations <br />in the HUD Innovative Grant Fund are hereby decreased in the <br />respective amounts shown: <br />Account Purpose Decrease Adjusted <br />Appropriation <br />22-72030 Deferred Loan Program, $20,000 $50,000 <br />• 22--72050 Short Term Revolving Loans $10,000 $25,000 <br />22-91010 Contingencies $10,000 $20,000 <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the resulting sum of $40,000 <br />is hereby transferred and reappropriated as follows: <br />Account Purpose Increase Adjusted <br />Appropriation <br />22-72070 Homeowner Rehabilitation $40;000 $60,000 <br />Adopted by Council <br />tbvember 16, 1961 <br />Atteste: <br />Clerk of Council <br />
