APPROPRIATION SCHOOL CONSTRUCTION FUND • A. CREATION OF FUND; PURPOSES BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville, Virginia, that there is hereby created in the accounts of the City a separate and distinct fund to be known as the School Construction Fund. The purpose of this fund shall be to account for revenues and expenditures related to four previously approved capital improve- ments at Charlottesville High School: an auditorium, an auxiliary gymnasium, outdoor athletic facilities and roof repairs. The following actions are hereby taken with regard to the fund. B. DESIGNATION OF REVENUES The following are designated as revenues to be received by the School Construction Fund: 1. $3,000,000.00 received in the Capital Projects Fund for the sale of a like amount of bond anticipation notes issued April 17, 1982. This sum was previously appropriated to expenditure account 05-01130 in the Capital Projects Fund by resolution adopted March 1, 1982. The Director of Finance is authorized to • transfer this sum to the School Construction Fund and likewise to transfer any expenditure charges heretofore made against it to the appropriate expen- diture accounts hereinafter set forth. 2. $4,593,957 to be received by the City on or about June 12, 1983 from the sale of capital assets to the Rivanna Water and Sewer Authority. 3. $2,000,000 to be received by the City as a loan from the Virginia Literary Fund. 4. A sum estimated at $450,000, to be earned from invest- ment of the foregoing revenues during construction of the projects to be constructed hereunder. C. APPROPRIATION FOR EXPENDITURES The following sums are hereby appropriated from the designated revenues of the School Construction Fund, to the expenditure accounts hereinafter set forth: 1. $1,500,000 to account 23-30010 for the outdoor 40 athletic facilities and related parking.
