APPROPRIATION <br />SECTION 112 TRANSIT PLANNING AND PROGRAMMING GRANT <br />$14,678.00 <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville, <br />Virginia, that the sum of $14,678.00 is hereby appropriated to <br />expenditure account 11-33040 in the Grants Fund for planning <br />activities to be conducted under a contract from the Thomas Jefferson <br />Planning District Commission pursuant to a Section 112 planning and <br />programming grant received by TJPDC from the Virginia Department of <br />Highways and Transportation (VDH&T). <br />This appropriation shall be subject to the receipt by the <br />Grants Fund of $13,609.44 in VDH&T funds, and the sum of $1,068.56, <br />previously appropriated to expenditure account 15-11010 for the <br />Charlottesville Transit Service, to be transferred as the local <br />matching share of this grant. <br />• <br />Atteste: <br />Clerk of Counci <br />E <br />Adopted by Council <br />February 7, 1983 <br />83-4-6 <br />
