a • A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR THE CITY OF CHARLOTTESVILLE'S FY'1984-85 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT $675,000 WHEREAS, the City of Charlottesville has been advised of the approval by the U. S.
