• <br />• <br />• <br />APPROPRIATION <br />$40,565 <br />ZONING ENFORCEMENT <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville, <br />Virginia, for purposes related to the transfer of zoning enforce- <br />ment functions to the Department of Community Development, that: <br />1. The sum of $40,565 is hereby appropriated from the <br />unappropriated balance of the General Fund to expenditure account <br />01- 19020; and <br />2. The sum of $12,518 is hereby transferred from currently <br />appropriated funds in expenditure account 01 -23010 to expenditure <br />account 01- 19020. <br />Approved by Council <br />December 17, 1984 <br />
