0 <br />APPROPRIATION <br />SOLID WASTE RESOURCE RECOVERY FEASIBILITY STUDY <br />$65,000 <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />Charlottesville, Virginia, that the sum of $65,000.00 is <br />hereby appropriated to the Grants Fund Expenditure Account <br />number 11-33050 to be used for a solid waste resource <br />recovery feasibility study conducted and paid for jointly <br />with Albemarle County, with the assistance of a grant from <br />the Division of Energy of the Virginia Department of Mines, <br />Minerals and Energy. Of the $65,000, $19,966 shall be <br />appropriated from Capital Projects Fund account number <br />05-32010 and $2,534 from Capital Projects Fund account <br />number 05-31560. A matching share of $22,500 shall be <br />received from Albemarle County and up to $20,000 shall be <br />reimbursed to the City under the Local Government Energy <br />Program Grant DIED -87-015-908 from the Virginia Division of <br />Energy. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor <br />authorized to sign the grant agreement with <br />Is Energy of the Department of Mines, Minerals <br />the above-mentioned purpose. <br />is hereby <br />the Division of <br />and Energy for <br />Approved by Council <br />October 19, 1987 <br />lerk of Council <br />87-4-42 <br />
