• • RESOLUTION DESIGNATING CERTAIN SUMS AS REVENUE TO THE CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND. WHEREAS, on April 12, 1988, the Council of the City of Charlottesville adopted a budget for Fiscal Year 1988-89, including as a portion thereof the Capital Projects budget; and WHEREAS, specific amounts for project categories were not delineated in that budget; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville, Virginia, that: A. The following are hereby designated as revenue of the Capital Projects Fund: 1) The sum of $1,415,133 in Albemarle County revenue sharing payments transferred from the General Fund pursuant to Section IIB of the resolution adopted by this Council on April 12, 1988. 2) The proceeds of any general obligation bonds sold by the City during the fiscal year ending June 30, 1989. 3) The proceeds of the sale of any real property, as prescribed by resolution of this Council adopted November 3, 1986. 4) The sums estimated at $600,000 to be hereafter appropriated from the utility funds is also designated as Capital Projects Fund revenues. B. The sums hereinafter set forth are hereby appropriated from the Capital Projects Fund of the City for the respective capital purchases or projects so set forth, effective for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1988; provided that such appropriations shall not be deemed to expire at the end of such fiscal year, but shall continue in effect unless altered by further action of City Council. C. The Capital Improvements Plan, 1988-94, to be adopted by this Council on June 20, 1988, will reflect the budget delineations set forth below for Fiscal Year 1988-89.
