• APPROPRIATION <br />GRANT FOR DEVELOPMENT OF MCINTIRE PARK <br />$200,000 <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville, <br />Virginia that the sum of $200,000, to be received in the Capital <br />Projects Fund from the Virginia Department of Conservation and <br />Historic Resources, is hereby appropriated to expenditure account <br />26-173-121050 for the purpose of funding the McIntire Park <br />redevelopment project approved by City Council on April 17, 1989. <br />Such funds shall be expended in accordance with the terms of the <br />grant agreement between the City and the Commonwealth of Virginia. <br />This appropriation shall be subject to 100% reimbursement from the <br />Commonwealth of Virginia. <br />• BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of the City of <br />Charlottesville is hereby authorized to sign the above-mentioned <br />agreement on behalf of the City. <br />Approved by Council <br />October 2, 1989 <br />1 rk of Council <br />0 <br />89-4-37 <br />
