• APPROPRIATION <br />Job Training Partnership Act <br />$2,220,335.16 <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville, <br />Virginia, that all amounts received from the Governor's Employment <br />and Training Department of the Commonwealth of Virginia pursuant to <br />the Job Training Partnership Act (including unexpended balances <br />carried forward from prior years), estimated to total <br />$2,220,335.16, are hereby appropriated to the JTPA Fund, to be <br />expended by the Piedmont Job Training Administration on <br />authorization from the City Manager or his designee, and in <br />accordance with applicable state and federal laws and regulations, <br />to carry out the purposes of the Act. <br />is Approved by Council <br />November 16, 1992 <br />� __ <br />C rk of City Council <br />0 <br />
