• <br />• <br />• <br />APPROPRIATION <br />Highway Safety Grant <br />$10,000 <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville, <br />Virginia that the sum of $10,000.00 is hereby appropriated to <br />expenditure account 11- 270 - 041138 in the Grants Fund for use by the <br />Charlottesville Police Department in enforcement of speed and seat <br />belt laws. This appropriation is subject to receipt of $10,000.00 <br />in revenue as a Highway Safety Project Grant from the Virginia <br />Department of Motor Vehicles. <br />Approved by Council <br />December 21, 1992 <br />f City Council <br />
