• APPROPRIATION <br />Family Assessment and Planning Team Coordinator <br />$19,483 <br />WHEREAS, the City is the fiscal agent for the Community Policy <br />and Management Team ("CPMT"), a group established jointly by the <br />City of Charlottesville and the County of Albemarle; and <br />WHEREAS, the CPMT has entered into a contract with Region Ten <br />Community Services Board which will provide intervention services <br />for children at risk; and <br />WHEREAS, the CPMT has requested that certain funds be <br />transferred into the Comprehensive Services Act fund in order to <br />fulfill the obligations of the contract; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville, <br />Virginia, that the sum of $19,483.00 is hereby transferred from the <br />following accounts to the Comprehensive Services Act fund account, <br />15-161-065160, for funding of the Family Assessment and Planning <br />Team coordinator position: <br />County's Share: <br />From Account Code Amount <br />• 72-161-161250-43108 $ 5,177 <br />Revenue from Albemarle Co. $ 5,311 <br />City's Share <br />From Account Code Amount <br />15-161-065000 $ 6,332 <br />11-020-062037 $ 2,663 <br />Total $19,483 <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the balance remaining in account <br />15-161-065000, $3,175, is hereby appropriated to expenditure <br />account 15-161-056160 to mark such funds for administrative <br />expenditures.
