• <br />APPROPRIATION <br />Sobriety Checkpoint Grant <br />$6,000 <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville, <br />Virginia, that the sum of $6,000.00, to be received as a grant from <br />the Department of Motor Vehicles, is hereby appropriated to <br />expenditure account 11- 270 - 041130 in the Grants Fund for the <br />purpose of supporting the Sobriety Checkpoint program and <br />administered by the Charlottesville Police Department.
