• APPROPRIATION <br />NACAA Summer Youth Works Program <br />$60,000 <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville, <br />Virginia that the sum of $60,000 is hereby appropriated from the <br />unappropriated balance of the General Fund as a loan to the <br />Monticello Area Community Action Agency (MACAA), as start-up funds <br />for the Summer Youth Works program. This loan is conditioned upon <br />MACAA's promise to repay the advance in its entirety on or before <br />November 1, 1994, whether such repayment is effected from funds <br />received from the MACAA contract with the Piedmont Job Training <br />Administration or from some other source. Before the actual <br />advance is made by the City, MACAA shall properly execute an <br />appropriate note evidencing its indebtedness to the City in a form <br />• approved by the City Attorney and substantially like the attached <br />sample. <br />Approved by Council <br />May 16, 1994 <br />C erk of City C uncil <br />
