• <br />• <br />PJ <br />APPROPRIATION <br />Job Training Partnership Act <br />$2,916,567 <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville, <br />Virginia, that all amounts received from the Governor's Employment <br />and Training Department of the Commonwealth of Virginia pursuant to <br />the Job Training Partnership Act (including unexpended balances <br />carried forward from prior years), estimated to total <br />$2,916,567.00, are hereby appropriated to the JTPA Fund, to be <br />expended by the Piedmont Job Training Administration on <br />authorization from the City Manager or his designee, and in <br />accordance with applicable state and federal laws and regulations, <br />to carry out the purposes of the Act. <br />Approved by Council <br />May 1, 1995 <br />Cta�erk of City Council <br />
