E <br />• <br />• <br />APPROPRIATION <br />COPS More Grant <br />$35,370 <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville, Virginia, that the sum <br />of $35,370.00 is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated balance of the General Fund to <br />expenditure account 11-270-041151 to provide local matching funds for the COPSMORE grant <br />from the U.S. Department of Justice. The program will generate $106,110 in federal grant funds <br />to support overtime payments for community policing activities, a civilian property clerk <br />position and a civilian training coordinator position. <br />Approved by Council <br />December 1, 1997 <br />C k of City Council <br />
