11 <br />• <br />• <br />APPROPRIATION <br />Adelphia Cable Contributions for Public Access Center <br />$10,000 <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville, Virginia, that the sum <br />of $10,000.00, received from Adelphia Cable Communications during Fiscal Year 2000 in <br />quarterly payments, is hereby appropriated to account code 05-010-033101 to be used for the <br />purchase and maintenance of studio equipment at the Public Access Center. This appropriation <br />shall be continuing in nature, so that future quarterly payments (up to $10,000) by Adelphia Cable <br />Communication for the Public Access Center shall be appropriated as designated above. <br />Approved by Council <br />June 5, 2000 <br />ClALK of City Council <br />
