APPROPRIATION <br />• Lease of 407 East High Street <br />Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court Office Space <br />$68,000 <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville, Virginia, that <br />the sum of $48,000.00 is hereby appropriated from the unexpended balance of the <br />General Fund to expenditure account 05-250-032030-54104 for the purpose of leasing the <br />property at 407 East High Street as additional space for Juvenile & Domestic Relations <br />Court personnel. This appropriation is conditioned upon receipt of $24,000.00 from the <br />County of Albemarle as their 50% share of the annual rent for the property. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the sum of $20,000 is hereby appropriated <br />from the unexpended balance of the General Fund to expenditure account 07-183-032065 <br />to pay the cost of renovations to the building.
