0 <br />APPROPRIATION <br />City Scholarship Fund and Accrued Interest <br />$262,710.73 <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville that the sum of <br />$250,000, currently appropriated in account 26-020-081133-53199, is hereby transferred <br />to the Charlottesville -Albemarle Community Foundation ("Foundation') on July 1, 2001 <br />for the Charlottesville Public Schools Scholarship Fund, in accordance with the <br />agreement between the Foundation and the City dated March 9, 2001 (copy of which is <br />attached hereto). <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the amount of $12,710.73, representing <br />interest earned on the $250,000 from July 2000 — April 2001, is hereby appropriated from <br />26-001-021001-46101 to 26-020-081133-50111, said money to be used to pay <br />• administrative expenses and fundraising costs incurred by the City Scholarship Fund <br />Board of Directors.
