• <br />• <br />• <br />RESOLUTION <br />TRANSFERRING UNAPPROPRIATED FUND BALANCE <br />TO THE RISK MANAGEMENT FUND <br />In accordance with the City Code Section 11 -127 which requires that the City's Risk Management <br />Fund must maintain a fund balance of $250,000, be it resolved that the sum of $303,105 is <br />hereby appropriated from the unappropriated fund balance of the General Fund to the Risk <br />Management Fund. <br />RESOLUTION <br />TRANSFERRING STRATEGIC INVESTMENT RESERVE <br />FROM THE CAPITAL FUND TO THE GENERAL FUND <br />In order to maintain the City's 12% unappropriated fund balance, the December 2, 2003 <br />resolution to transfer $1,240,015 balance in the Strategic Investment Reserve account is hereby <br />reversed, and that sum is transferred back from account 26- 020 - 091202 in the Capital Fund to <br />the unappropriated fund balance in the General Fund. <br />Approved by Council <br />December 1, 2003 <br />of City Council <br />
